I finally got myself an 8x11 hardcover sketchbook again.
I really wanted the Canson hardbound one, but it's not available in Japan
and importing it is way too expensive!
So I settled for the Talens hardbound, which is sold domestically.
It works well with pencil, but for watercolor, I still prefer the texture of Canson.
Still, I had a great time sketching in an open space, sipping coffee, and just relaxing.
It felt so good to draw again!

久々に8ｘ11のハードカバースケッチブックを買った。本当はCanaonのハードバウンドが欲しかったんですが、日本で売ってない。輸入するとかなり高い!!
仕方なく国内販売しているターレンスのハードバウンドを買いましたが、鉛筆は良い感じに描けますが、水彩はCanson の方がノリがいいなぁ〜。
それでも、久々にオープンスペースでコーヒー飲みながらまったりとドローイングして過ごせました。楽しい!!
